All orders are shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your order and payment Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays and the holiday period between Christmas day and New Years day.) In the case of stock not being available for your order, we will contact you immediately and let you know when we expect the item/s in stock.
Delivery is free for orders over $60 Australia wide. All orders under $60 will incur a flat rate of $7.70.
Customers will usually receive their goods within 1-3 working days of placing an order. Deliveries in W.A. or rural areas and orders submitted on public holidays and weekends may take slightly longer. However, once your goods leave our store, we have little control over the delivery timing of your items. If you haven't received your goods within the specified time frames stated above, please contact us.
Cartridge Solutions prefers to send goods by Registered Post or Courier Service as we can guarantee your goods will arrive safely and are insured for loss and damage. However, if you prefer regular post this means that your order will be left in your letterbox. Please be aware that these items can't be tracked and traced or insured and while it is a rare occurrence, Cartridge Solutions will not be held responsible if your order goes missing due to mishandling or loss via regular post. Also, if a request is made by you for our courier to leave your goods without obtaining a signature from you, neither Cartridge Solutions or our courier company will be held responsible for loss or theft of your goods.
Cartridge Solutions does not accept any returned goods except under these guidelines:
Unless goods are deemed to be faulty, have been wrongly described or do not do as they are supposed to.
A refund will not be given if a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the good they purchased, opened goods that they have incorrectly purchased or have found the goods at a cheaper price.
If you experience any problems with installing or using your cartridges please call or e-mail us for help. Items that are deemed to be faulty can be returned to us for a refund or replacement subject to terms and conditions.
Items which are deemed to be faulty will be replaced. Items which are not faulty will be returned to the customer at their expense. In all cases please contact us so that we can help you with any problems that may arise.
Please check with us if you are unsure about the goods that you are purchasing. Unopened items which have been incorrectly ordered can be exchanged at the customers own freight expense.
Any orders that are cancelled at the request of a customer will incur a 10% restocking fee OR minimum fee of $15.00, whichever is the higher.
We will refund, credit or replace any item found to be faulty within 30 days of despatch from our warehouse. Purchased goods that fall out of this time period will be subject to replacement only. This is due to manufacturers policies, not ours.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping.
We have an Australia Post Reply Paid number so you can return goods to us free of charge. Please contact us so that we can help you with what you need to do in all instances of returned goods.
Please contact us for a Return Authorisation number before returning goods to us. RA's are valid for 7 days only from issue, any item sent after the seven days will not be accepted by our returns department.

Credit cards via St George Bank Payment Gateway Secure Payments System - This is the fastest and most secure way to process your payment with us.
Bank Deposit - Choose this option if you would like to pay by either transferring money through phone or internet banking or alternatively, you can deposit funds directly into our account by visiting any Westpac branch. Your items cannot be sent until funds are cleared into our account.
Cheque / Money Order - Please make cheques or money orders out to Cartridge Solutions and send to:-
